Orders may be placed here or with any of our authorized dealers. Upon receipt of order, your specified dealer will contact you for payment. If you do not have a Dealer, mds will be happy to provide you one nearby.

Pricing & Delivery
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Ex Works. Most goods are shipped within 1 to 6 weeks. In the case of custom orders we will project a time for delivery.

Payment
A dealer will contact you for payment. So please provide your exact details. For non-credit card orders, payment are due before goods are shipped. Upon check clearing, items will be shipped.

Shipping
We use UPS ground service and the cost varies depending on what is ordered. We try to ship using the most economical method. Packages are sent insured, when available. International mail cannot always be traced and therefore is the buyer's risk of purchase.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are made especially on an individual basis. They require payment upfront and are non-refundable.

Returns
You may return any of the goods purchased if you are not fully satisfied, within 15 days of delivery to you. Returned merchandise must be in its original form, unused and with all the original packaging. Exceptions include:

• No merchandise shipped internationally may be returned.
• No custom-order merchandise may be returned.
• All returns must be authorized by written or telephone consent from mds PRIOR to returning.
• You will receive an RA # to be put on outside of the box.
• Any return sent back without contacting us first, will be returned to customer.

Returned goods are subject to our inspection for damages and may be deemed non-returnable.
